Kickboxing Showdown: Petchpanomrung and Haraguchi to Clash for GLORY Title

Petchpanomrung, the reigning GLORY Featherweight Champion, will face off against Japanese rising star Kento Haraguchi in a highly anticipated rematch on July 20 in Rotterdam. This will be their third encounter, with Petchpanomrung emerging victorious in their previous two battles.

The first fight in 2021 saw the experienced Thai champion easily outclass the young and untested Haraguchi, showcasing his renowned body kick arsenal. However, their rematch a year later proved to be a much closer affair, with Petchpanomrung narrowly retaining his title after an extra round.

Since then, both fighters have been on impressive runs. Petchpanomrung has defended his GLORY title against top contenders, including a victory over RISE Champion Kosei Yamada in a co-promotion event. Haraguchi, on the other hand, has proven himself against international stars, knocking out former GLORY title challenger Serhiy Adamchuk and the promotion’s No. 1 ranked Featherweight, Abraham Vidales.
